Since the polyester fiber has the characteristics of strong hydrophobicity, high crystallinity and alignment, small fiber gap, and weak wet puffing, it is difficult to carry out dyeing of polyester by successfully dyeing the dye in a single molecule to complete the dyeing of polyester. Therefore, special dyeing methods need to be used. The methods used are three kinds of dyeing methods: carrier method, high temperature and high pressure method and high temperature hot solution method. These methods utilize different conditions to expand the fibers, increase the gaps between the fiber molecules, and simultaneously add auxiliaries to increase the diffusion rate of the dye molecules so that the dye molecules continuously diffuse into the expanded and enlarged fiber spaces, and the fibers are Intermolecular gravitational force and hydrogen bonding are fixed to complete the dyeing of polyester. Due to the very low solubility of disperse dyes in water, it is necessary to rely on the addition of dyes and dispersants in solution to make up the dye liquor. In order to prevent disperse dyes and polyesters from being hydrolyzed under high temperature and alkaline conditions, the dyeing of disperse dyes often needs to be performed under weakly acidic conditions.
